Global Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support in the freight forwarding industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in logistics, and be proficient in managing customer orders and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in freight forwarding
  • Familiarity with logistics software such as CargoWise would be beneficial
  • Customer service experience within a similar organization
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Capacity to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Flexibility to support colleagues when needed
