Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customs and freight forwarding, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Compile and register new jobs, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

  • Classify jobs using provided training and resources.

  • Chase overseas documentation to ensure smooth processing.

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.

  • Liaise with operations and brokers to resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience in freight forwarding or customs.

  • Current studies or certification in customs brokerage (desirable).

  • Proficiency in Cargowise/CW1 and ICS systems.
