Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they meet high standards.

This role involves managing a portfolio covering two sites, coordinating maintenance and cleaning contractors, and developing operational budgets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and upkeep across both facilities.
  • Ensuring all mechanical and HVAC systems are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Meeting strict workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Developing and implementing capital expenditure budgets.
  • Coordinating planned preventative maintenance programs.
  • Providing excellent customer service to stakeholders at all levels.

You will need to have strong organizational skills and exceptional diplomacy when dealing with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the upkeep of two facilities, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Manage relationships with external contractors, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Budget Development: Create and implement operational budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Planned Maintenance: Develop and execute scheduled maintenance programs, minimizing downtime.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to stakeholders, building trust and rapport.
