About the role:

  • Manage all maintenance tasks for the portfolio
  • Liaise with Owners, Tenants, Contractors, and Property Managers
  • Ensure direct and prompt communication with all parties
  • Update relevant records
  • Respond to emails promptly
  • Be responsible for leasing when required
  • Work within a team to share ideas and collaborate with the Head of Department
  • Travel as needed to properties

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the maintenance and leasing of the portfolio
- Liaise with various stakeholders including Owners, Tenants, Contractors, and Property Managers
- Ensure effective communication with all parties
- Update relevant records
- Respond to emails promptly
- Be responsible for leasing when required
- Work collaboratively within the team
- Travel as needed to properties

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an assistant property manager or property manager is essential
  • Current property management registration is mandatory
  • Professional presentation and high-level communication skills are required
  • Exceptional people skills and the drive to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional work ethic to achieve outstanding results
  • Computer proficiency with a willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to work autonomously
