Strata Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their own portfolio, managing financial aspects, building relationships with clients and residents, and acting upon direction from the Council of Owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial operations for schemes in your own manageably-sized portfolio
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their residents
  • Act on direction from the Council of Owners by enforcing by-laws and regulations, and acting as a point of contact
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work on common property
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in strata management (junior and assistant roles considered)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with relevant software an advantage but not essential - training will be provided
  • Working knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and other relevant legislation
