Job Title

About the Position:

We seek a skilled Facilities Manager to operate and maintain a diverse portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage property operations and maintenance budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Project manage minor capital works projects.
  • Manage contractor performance.
  • Perform reactive and routine maintenance, repairs and inspections of all buildings.
  • Conduct Estate Appraisals and Condition Assessments.
  • Experience in property management or building facilities is essential.
  • Contract management is also required.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in facilities management, managing portfolios of 200+ properties.
  • Strong understanding of Building Codes, Australian Standards, Essential Services, and WHS legislation.
  • Proficient in IT skills, including facilities management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience developing and managing maintenance schedules.
  • Proven track record in customer and key stakeholder management.
  • Engineering, building, or trade qualification/background preferred.
