Job Title: Administrative Services Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Matrix Education.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day campus operations, provide administrative services, and build strong relationships with clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales, retail, or service professional looking to take the next step in their career.

This role involves managing daily campus activities, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with the Area Manager to address customer, academic, and site-related issues.

A key aspect of this role is delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for students, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for managing customer profiles, processing enrollments, and maintaining class rolls.

You will also contribute to internal communications, perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, and ensure campus facilities are well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day campus operations, including opening and closing procedures;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person;
  • Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data;
  • Process enrollments, manage class rolls, and maintain accurate student information;
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to the Area Manager on customer, academic, and site-related matters;
  • Contribute to internal communications, promoting campus initiatives and events;
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, retail, or sales;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Results-driven individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences;
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, arts, or education are highly regarded.
