Are you a seasoned professional looking to take on a challenging role?
We are currently seeking a Senior Principal and Principal consultants with Cloud Transformation Strategy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business cases for Oracle cloud ERP transformation, showcasing the financial and non-financial benefits and required investments.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to manage assessments, develop cloud migration strategies, and create multi-year journey maps covering business process transformation and organization change management.
- Manage client relationships and provide expert advice to resolve issues and drive business outcomes.
- Support the design of cloud operating models, ensuring a deep understanding of required cloud operations capabilities, processes, roles, and responsibilities.
- Evaluate different products for their suitability in various business functions.
- Lead client discussions to identify issues and opportunities, and deliver practical solutions that drive business value.
Thought Leadership & Practice Development:
- Contribute to the development and delivery of service offerings that leverage your expertise.
- Participate in the blueprint and design of finance transformations that drive business results.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and perspectives in package-enabled transformations and new technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices in ERP transformation strategy and related areas through whitepapers and knowledge sharing.
- Capture insights and work products, and upload them into our knowledge management system.
- Staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies is essential.
- Continuously update your skills and expertise to stay ahead of the curve.
- Demonstrate your ability to share your expertise with others and contribute to team success.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and their impact on finance and accounting.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with an MBA or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
- At least 15 years of experience in implementing and managing package-enabled business transformations involving Oracle applications.
- Business transformation and Oracle implementation experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations of Oracle at client locations using a global delivery model, including at least one ERP Cloud implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP Cloud capabilities and challenges.
- Well-versed in business and market dynamics, financial practices, and supportive technology advancements in Oracle ERP Cloud and other products.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficient in industry-standard program management tools and practices.
- Able to travel frequently to client locations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years' experience implementing Oracle Service areas: Oracle Financials Cloud AR, AP, GL, Treasury, Projects.
- Ability to articulate how technology impacts business capabilities with a good conversational knowledge of core Oracle Cloud finance applications and functions.
- Industry domain knowledge in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Communications.
