Oracle Cloud Solutions Director

You will lead the design and implementation of Oracle solutions, focusing on Oracle Fusion applications. You should understand broad architectural design principles, business requirements, and translate these into comprehensive solutions that combine Oracle Cloud with other platform technologies. This role covers the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle from initiation to go-live, warranty, and support across multiple clients across industries.

• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/sectors
• Support AI and AI/ML capability development, including identifying practical candidates to automate and developing business value models
• Lead client through the solution design from proposal development through go-live and beyond; own the solution outcome for clients
• Lead Oracle Cloud solution architecture for proposal development; act as single point of accountability for solution design during the proposal phase
• Lead Oracle Cloud delivery involving strategy, implementation, and optimization relating to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Oracle Cloud applications
• Coordinate with Oracle and its ecosystems to help achieve win-win outcomes for clients, KPMG and Oracle
• Promote KPMG in the market through networking, thought leadership, and marketing contributions
• Maintain understanding of product strategy and roadmap
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients to translate requirements into platform-wide designs
• Provide oversight on design and configuration delivered by the team including solution documentation
• Develop and expand knowledge of Oracle Cloud and related applications through self-learning, formal training, and community participation
• Hands-on configurational capability in Oracle Fusion Cloud is advantageous but not a primary activity for this role

• Practical Enterprise Architecture or Solution Architecture experience, ideally in an Oracle Cloud environment
• Exposure to consulting commercial modelling and license services
• Hands-on delivery experience implementing, configuring, or supporting at least one Oracle Cloud pillar (ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, Risk, CX)
• Experience in Solution Engineering or Solution Selling for Oracle Cloud products (preferred)
• Significant exposure to business processes underpinning Oracle Fusion applications you have implemented (preferred)
• Recent hands-on Oracle Cloud implementation experience or business leadership experience (preferred)
• Some experience with contract negotiation or management (advantage)
• Some exposure to risk management processes and controls (advantage)
