Regulatory Intelligence Leadership Role

This role involves providing leadership and direction to a team responsible for developing and coordinating high-quality intelligence and analysis. The position requires effective management of the team, coordination of regulatory intelligence capabilities and products, and provision of expertise and counsel across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team in accordance with statutory responsibilities and organisational policies.
  • Coordinating the development and implementation of regulatory intelligence capabilities and products.
  • Providing high-level intelligence analysis on complex issues, identifying opportunities and solutions.
  • Establishing communication systems to ensure stakeholders are consulted and information is disseminated.
  • Representing the organisation at meetings and forums to provide expert intelligence and advice.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience engaging with stakeholders on difficult issues.
  • Excellent research, conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organisational skills, including self-management of multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong data and regulatory intelligence literacy.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team of specialists.
