Regulatory Intelligence Specialist

Job Mission:

As an experienced Regulatory Intelligence Specialist, you'll work closely with sales and delivery teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept addressing complex regulatory, compliance, and risk management challenges.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with financial institutions to understand their business challenges, regulatory requirements, and technical environments
  • Collaborate with our sales team to understand customers' regulatory/risk/compliance demands and value-sell our solution
  • Deliver engaging and bespoke product demonstrations to prospects, addressing technical and business value
  • Design and present proof-of-concept solutions tailored to client environments
  • Serve as technical expert and point of contact during the sales cycle
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and iterations
  • Own the RFP/RFI development and responses
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and customer workshops as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on financial services regulations, technologies, and emerging trends

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions, Pre-sales, Sales Engineering, and Compliance Advisory/Consulting role with a focus on regulatory/compliance/risk products within the Financial Services industry
  • Strong understanding of financial services workflows, regulatory landscape, and industry-specific systems
  • Familiarity with RegTech tools and platforms used for compliance automation, surveillance, or risk management
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to lead discovery sessions that showcase value and ROI
