Job Summary:

The Strategic Regulatory Intelligence Lead is responsible for developing and coordinating high-quality intelligence and analysis to inform strategic, operational, and tactical planning and operations. This role requires strong experience in engaging with stakeholders on difficult and sensitive issues.

About the Role

This leadership position demands exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to clearly communicate complex findings. The successful candidate will provide high-level intelligence analysis on both complex and sensitive issues and identify opportunities, solutions, and strategies to address contentious, long-term, and emergent issues.

  • Develop and implement effective communication systems to ensure stakeholders are consulted and information is disseminated as required.
  • Deliver briefings and documentation to clearly communicate findings of analysis and influence executive and committee decision-making.

  • Excellent organisational skills and capability to self-manage multiple competing priorities while working to tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work both independently and with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong data and regulatory intelligence literacy and reporting skills.
  • Understanding the role of data, intelligence, and information by modern regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to manage, develop, and lead a team including data and intelligence specialist staff.
