Job Summary:

A dynamic and supportive work environment is essential for a successful Restaurant Manager/Hospitality Professional. We are seeking a proactive and energetic individual to join our team in this pivotal role, where you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our thriving Surf Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and electronic gaming machines.
  • Lead a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and overall guest experience, ensuring seamless execution and excellent satisfaction.
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and merchandising to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate functions and events, guaranteeing smooth execution and exceptional customer delight.

Requirements:

  • RSA & RCG; an Approved Managers License (RMLV) is advantageous.
  • Excellent presentation and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
  • Knowledge of gaming software, database management, social media, and marketing is beneficial.
