We are a leading provider of equipment hire solutions, serving the construction, mining, and engineering industries.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As the first point of contact for customers at our branch, your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service with their equipment solutions.

You will enjoy variety in your role, including:

  • Addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
  • Assisting customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment using safe loading and unloading procedures
  • Safe, professional, and timely delivery/pick-up of equipment to and from various site locations
  • Effectively securing freight loads to ensure successful and safe delivery
  • Operating and manoeuvring equipment on and off a tilt tray, such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts

What You'll Bring to the Role

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Forklift and HR licence (desirable but not essential)
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capability and interest to learn and absorb technical information
