About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in high-volume customer service roles, including call centres and face-to-face interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complaints effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $76,424 to $85,595 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • A temporary full-time position with the option of a 19-day month with flex-time arrangement.
