The successful candidate will provide professional leadership to the Family Violence Team, ensuring high-quality clinical and service delivery standards are met. This will involve providing expertise in family violence clinical consultation, as well as administrative and supervisory responsibilities for the day-to-day operation and leadership of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the Family Violence Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical outcomes and service delivery
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to family violence
- Provide expertise in family violence clinical consultation and supervision
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations and government agencies
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work, nursing)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a family violence or child protection setting
- Family violence accreditation or working towards
- Strong understanding of MARAM framework and current legislation relevant to family violence and mental health practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
