We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Administration Specialist to join our team at Scope Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our Booking Services team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound appointment bookings and enquiries for our specialist medical practices located across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of patient calls and enquiries in a professional and caring manner.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of patient information into our medical software package.
  • Participate in regular training and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive working environment within the call centre team.

Requirements:

  • Full working rights to work in Australia.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment, handling phone-based support or related administrative tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle patient queries with compassion and professionalism.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using clinical software packages and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a team player who can collaborate effectively with other team members.

  • Remuneration will be based on experience.
  • Monday to Friday shifts will be rostered between 8.30am - 5.30pm.
