We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director for our Cardiac Rhythm Management division to support our established and high-performing team based in Melbourne. This role is responsible for maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve business growth and drive sales skills development
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs
  • Utilize available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning
  • Build relationships with key customer groups, identify and leverage customer networks
  • Support implantation, post-operative, and clinic activities for pacemakers, defibrillators & CRT devices within the region
  • Manage consignment stock and maintain accurate records
  • Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in biomedical, medical science, or related field
  • Experience in Coronary Care Nursing or as a Cardiac Technician is highly considered
  • Solid territory management (sales) experience in medical sales, preferably within CRM, is highly advantageous
  • IBHRE Certification preferred
  • Proven track record in delivering sales targets in complex, solution-selling environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer empathy
  • Ability to articulate technical/clinical information clearly and concisely
