Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to configure and customize our real estate software to meet clients' needs. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality system training, working closely with clients to understand their business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Collect, understand and define business requirements.
  • Deliver generic system training and customized training as required.
  • Manage communication with software vendors on issues affecting clients.
  • Identify up-sell opportunities and explain associated value propositions.

Solution Development:

  • Gather data conversion requirements and assist clients with preparing for migration.
  • Learn MRI facilities management software and solutions.
  • Develop Business and Functional Requirements Documents for client approval.
  • Test technical development work to ensure it meets client requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Manage delivery of work packages from request to go-live.
  • Manage client system testing and rollout activities.
  • Provide advanced problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation.
  • Facilitate solution design workshops to determine project and/or process requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions within schedule.

Teamwork:

  • Communicate regularly with senior team members and project managers regarding task or project status.
  • Recommend business process improvements where appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in the same domain.
  • Degree in Accounting or Information Technology or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of software implementation methodology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High initiative and self-motivation.
  • Ability to travel (10-20%).
