Zone IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to oversee the successful deployment of our software solutions for clients. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software implementation or project management roles
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working in collaborative team environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with agile practices is a plus
  • Relevant degree in IT, Business, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and project implementation as needed
