Job Title:

A highly skilled Banking Solutions Expert is sought to join our organization, leading the implementation of cutting-edge banking software solutions for clients worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Salesforce platform and nCino Bank Operating System Application implementation process, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets for small to medium-sized financial institutions (3-9 months) and large enterprise financial institutions (9+ months).
  • Oversee daily project load among one to three clients, providing timely support and addressing project-related questions.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential obstacles, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure client success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage Project Plans, lead regular Project status meetings, and train customers on the use of the nCino software.
  • Assist customers with user acceptance testing of the nCino Bank Operating System and oversee their transition to the nCino Support and Customer Success Team post-go-live.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically commercial or SBA lending, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills, including project management experience, and the ability to present complex information to various audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
