Implementation Solutions Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the onboarding process. They will conduct thorough workflow assessments to advise optimal structure and workflow, set up and configure software solutions, train and educate customers on effective utilization, and identify implementation and onboarding blockers.
- Be a subject matter expert advising and guiding our customers during the onboarding project
- Conduct in-depth workflow assessments to recommend tailored solutions for each customer
- Be responsible for the technical setup and configuration of software solutions throughout the customer onboarding
- Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilize software solutions to achieve maximum results
- Identify and address implementation and onboarding blockers to improve overall performance
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of software solutions and their applications across various industries
- Serve as a trusted advisor and representative of customer interests to inform business strategies and product development
This is a mid-senior level position requiring previous experience working directly with software implementations or related projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, high organizational capacity, collaborative mindset, attention to detail, empathy, positive attitude, drive, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a 'can do' approach.
