This high-impact Talent Acquisition leadership role offers a rare opportunity to drive recruitment and talent strategies across NSW and ACT, leading a team of two Talent Partners and working closely with senior operational leaders.

The successful candidate will lead various initiatives including:

  • Leadership Development - Inspire and coach a high-performing Talent team to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Talent Partnering - Support new restaurant openings, head office recruitment, and workforce planning to ensure business growth.
  • Talent Strategy & Projects - Develop and implement key talent initiatives, including employer branding and workforce expansion strategies to attract top talent.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with Franchisees, Operations, and HQ leaders to ensure best-in-class hiring processes and employee experience.
  • Continuous Improvement - Drive innovation in recruitment and hire the best talent efficiently to support business needs.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who leads by demonstrating recruitment best practice, coaches and inspires a team, and balances high-volume hiring with long-term talent initiatives.

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment and talent strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure best-in-class hiring processes and employee experience.
