We are seeking a skilled and experienced recruitment leader to drive business growth through strategic talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-volume customer-centric roles
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume positions across the business
  • Ongoing reporting and process enhancements

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, preferably from an RPO or MSP, with a focus on implementing best practice talent acquisition methodologies
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience with an RPO, agency, or in-house recruitment team
  • Applicant tracking systems and CRM expertise required (desirable)
  • A true leader with a positive attitude and encouraging approach to leading a team
  • Critical and strategic thinker
