We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Sydney based recruitment team for our transportation and logistics client, as a Talent Acquisition Lead working across blue and white collar roles.
This a hybrid role based out of Sydney Olympic Park. You will be instrumental in driving the success of the recruitment delivery offering while working closely with the broader recruitment team. You will deliver full end-to-end recruitment processes whilst also providing first-class strategic sourcing support. As the lead recruiter for this solution, you will also work with a high degree of autonomy whilst partnering with PeopleScout leadership to provide talent advisory services, recruitment process design and developing EVP.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Partner with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition requirements
- Execute sourcing and selection strategies to access the most relevant talent in market (both advertised selection and passive sourcing)
- Provide consultative advice to customers around market pressure, talent shortages, best-fit skills and competencies for their critical roles
- Deliver a high service standard to each and every stakeholder across the business
- Support critical projects to drive account evolution touching every aspect of the resourcing lifecycle

About you
Of course, you will come with demonstrated recruitment experience, but to really stand out from the crowd, you will have a customer focused nature about you.
Exposure to recruiting within the transportation and logistics space is preferred but not essential.
