Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at HR Partners. As a key member of our Corporate Functions Portfolio, you will provide administrative support for key HR functions and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Employee Management: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • HR System Management: Manage internal transfers and movements within HR systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for organizational changes, including preparing employee contracts and related documents.
  • HR Guidance and Support: Offer guidance on HR policies, procedures, and system-related queries, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and handle additional administrative tasks as needed, providing valuable insights to the team.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience as a HR coordinator or generalist.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using HRIS platforms, with a strong knowledge of HR processes and policies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
