**Key Responsibilities**
- Consult and advise in developing sourcing and channel strategies to achieve targets.
- Partner with recruitment agencies for wage subsidy recruitment
- Engaging with key leaders and stakeholders to define, design, and implement Indigenous talent sourcing solutions.
- Engage different sourcing channels to attract an indigenous talent pool
- Partner with Managers to support business decisions with sound human resources and industrial relations advice.
- Provide strategic expert advice to key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of people services and programs.
- Report on recruitment and IR ER statistics against defined targets.
- Effectively demonstrate "best practices" and promote brand awareness.
- Maintain integrity of recruitment and selection process as per legislation and Certis documented policies, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure familiarity and compliance with all policies and procedures in relation to the role and corporate requirements.
- Review recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations with unions and support legal counsel before Fair Work Australia and in other relevant forums.
- Comply with Certis Security’s vision, mission and values, policies, procedures, and employee Code of Conduct; and Employment Principles as directed.

**Qualification**
- 2 years proven experience in a similar role
- Recruitment expertise in a blue and white collar environment
- Degree qualified - a HR related degree or professional qualification is considered beneficial

- Task planning and organising - Establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently. Assisting to compile and execute a Project Plan/Asset Management Plan (AMP).

**Knowledge**
- Behavioural Based interview techniques would be an advantage.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and HR
- Expertise preferably in a blue
- and white-collar environment
