With a proud history of manufacturing in Australia for nearly 40 years, this global company is looking for a HR Coordinator to work closely with the HR Manager providing administrative support and you’ll get to work alongside Supervisors and Managers helping them with blue collar recruitment and any other projects they may have.

**Supporting the day-to-day recruitment process across Australia your responsibilities will include**:

- Drafting and posting ads on job boards
- Tracking probation dates and working closely with Line Managers
- Assisting the HR Manager with compliance documentation and administration for projects
- Supporting the Safety Officer with administrative tasks around workers compensation
- Being apart of the people and culture teams and driving benefits programs - the fun stuff
- Awareness of the blue-collar payroll awards and requirements is a huge bonus_

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone with a friendly approach and a helpful nature being a support across the business
- Confidence and comfortable to investigate things further
- Strong administration skills and MS Suite skills
- Experience with blue collar recruitment - In a manufacturing business is a huge bonus
- Experience with policies and procedures within the workplace
