Account Manager, Member Relations

The Account Manager, Member Relations plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of member account development and engagement. This key position drives member performance as it relates to partner revenues, advisor performance, agency engagement, and Virtuoso program optimization.

This position focuses on driving growth and profitability for members while ensuring alignment with company sales, professional development, and marketing programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing input into regional business strategies and plans.
  • Supporting delivery and execution of business objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols.
  • Delivering key performance metrics as outlined in business plans.
  • Accountability for member account plans, aligning member growth and profitability plans with company sales, professional development, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintenance and execution of CRM platforms.
  • Input into regional communication and professional development programs under the direction of the market Account Director.
  • Proactive engagement with cross-functional teams.
  • Participation in regional market events and global industry conferences.
  • Providing support to Account Directors in identifying and developing new business opportunities and monitoring competitive context.
  • Executing new member onboarding processes as directed by regional Account Directors.
  • High-profile attendance at member conferences, meetings, and education programs.
  • Competitor analysis and reporting.
  • Management of critical member matters.
  • Oversight of production reporting.

Achieving this role requires:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Travel & Tourism, or Marketing.
  • 2+ years of related work experience, including industry knowledge, understanding of the luxury market, prior account management experience, and experience contributing to team performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership capabilities.

Travel is required for approximately 35%+ of time visiting members, attending events, conferences, and team meetings, primarily domestic but may include some international locations.
