As a seasoned account professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by retaining and expanding a portfolio of clients in our Eastern Region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and account management, ensuring maximum lease renewals and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client enquiries within agreed timeframes or reasonable expectations;
  • Provide informed advice on fit-for-purpose vehicles, alternative finance options, and strategies for reducing total fleet operating costs;
  • Establish strong rapport by understanding client needs and proactively identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services;
  • Manage the end-of-lease replacement process to ensure seamless transitions and client loyalty;
  • Liaise with suppliers to secure best pricing and delivery experience;
  • Participate in client meetings as required, representing the organization professionally and assisting clients in developing appropriate fleet policies;
  • Assist in facilitating new client implementations and ensuring data accuracy of all fleet data;
  • Regularly review client fleets and provide scheduled and ad-hoc reporting as requested.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a client-focused role;
  • Results-focused with a proven ability to meet targets and objectives;
  • Demonstrated strong customer service ethic;
  • A dedicated and disciplined approach to work;
  • Ability to strategically analyze and formulate effective strategies;
  • Possess outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently while enjoying collaborating as part of a team;
  • Confidently approach learning new skills and processes;
  • Professional oral and written communication skills;
  • Well-developed analytical and numeracy skills;
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, including Teams, and experience using CRM systems.
