Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to excel in this customer-driven role, working exclusively with existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with Enterprise and Strategic customers, becoming their trusted partner.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Support teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from the partnership.
  • Lead commercial conversations related to renewals and upsell opportunities, including running discovery sessions to understand critical KPIs, evaluation criteria, and decision processes.
  • Map customer organisations and develop strategic account plans for renewal and expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, leveraging technical expertise to drive results.
  • Experience meeting renewal and upsell goals in a SaaS customer success or account management role, preferably in a dynamic industry.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers grow their businesses and achieve their targets.
  • Comfortable strategising and consulting with cross-functional stakeholders at client organisations.
  • Empathetic and persuasive, with a strong mix of emotional intelligence and business acumen.
  • Dependable, honest, and trustworthy in internal and external communication.
  • Ambitious, energised by being part of a high-performing team.
  • Technically sound enough to learn key concepts, humble enough to know when to seek additional resources.
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia.
