Fixed Income Sales and Execution Expert

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in fixed income sales and execution to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Job Description:

  • Execute trading and sales activities with precision, particularly for our self-directed investor base.
  • Provide thought leadership and present insights on investor trends, trade flows, market movements, and opportunities.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with market counterparties, internal relationship managers, and support teams.
  • Assist with fixed income portfolio implementation while proactively managing risk.
  • Enhance team efficiency by maintaining and developing tools, documentation, and procedures.
  • Educate and support internal Private Wealth teams on fixed income markets and securities.
  • Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to deliver best execution, drive sales activity, and bring capital markets transactions and multi-asset flows to Private Wealth clients.
  • Uphold compliance and risk management standards in all trading activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in markets ideally in wealth management or financial markets with fixed income experience.
  • Multi-asset experience would be highly favorable.
  • Familiarity with the private wealth investor base in execution and/or sales capacity would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to act independently and make sound recommendations based on markets analysis.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to break down and communicate technical/complex concepts to a broader audience.
