**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Professional to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide first point of contact for clients and manage reactive and preventive work orders.
  • Process calls, emails, and monitor complaints/escalations.
  • Raise purchase/service orders and process invoices.
  • Be system champion for CMMS, FMS, and Finance Systems.
  • Monitor spend on accounts and review revenue & margin streams.
  • Vendor management by tracking and monitoring vendor works and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare customer reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure QHSE documentation is well maintained on CBRE systems.

**Requirements:**

  • Higher educational qualifications or degree.
  • Excellent PC-based skills, with a high level of experience in Word/Excel and Outlook – intermediate to advanced level.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in Finance & Administration is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and draft correspondence and documentation.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.
