Our company seeks a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the small and medium enterprise segment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute demand generation initiatives that drive qualified pipeline for our SME business.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and the digital team to create localized content and drive customer engagement.
- Design high-impact campaigns that connect with small and medium enterprise buyers through various online platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or community marketing.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and SME buyer behavior.
- Proven success in driving pipeline through social media, reviews sites, and niche online communities.
- Strong content creation skills, including video, memes, and carousel formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Tech-savvy with experience using a full stack of marketing tools.
