Role focus

As Director Relationships, you'll drive SME growth through a relationship‑focused approach to business banking.

  • Independently addressing the financial needs of businesses with a pragmatic approach
  • Staying abreast of economic trends and their impact on businesses
  • Building robust relationships with both customers and business partners
  • Championing teamwork and collaborative problem‑solving
  • Crafting and implementing best practice relationship models for our valued SME customers
About you
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields
  • Proficient in credit writing and financial analysis
  • A self‑starter with a proven ability to build networks
