About the Role

  • Strategic Leadership & Sales Coaching Experience: Proven ability to lead and coach a team of SME business bankers, driving performance, profitability, and market share through strategic planning and mentoring.
  • Commercial Acumen & Risk Management: Strong understanding of business credit, financial services markets, and risk assessment.
  • Customer-Centric Relationship Building: Expertise in developing deep, meaningful relationships with SME clients, enhancing customer experience and loyalty through tailored banking solutions.
  • Operational & Financial Management: Skilled in managing regional budgets and analyzing financial data.
  • Project & Data Management: Ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, using data analysis to inform decisions, predict trends, and assess business impact.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: Capacity to thrive in dynamic environments, adapt, and drive innovation, productivity, and efficiency across teams.
