Job Title:

Housing Coordinator

Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of housing practices and be able to work collaboratively with tenants, families, and advocates to provide tailored relocation advice and connect them with support services.

You will coordinate and manage all aspects of tenant relocations in line with the Relocation Plan. This includes negotiating property availability, monitoring maintenance progress, and collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to deliver relocations on time and within budget.

Maintaining accurate relocation data and meeting performance targets is crucial to the success of this role. Embedding Housing Practice Standards to ensure tenants feel respected and valued is also essential.

You will work as part of a collaborative and client-focused team committed to delivering high-quality housing outcomes. Based in a dynamic and supportive office environment, regular travel across the Sydney Metro area is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, experience supporting vulnerable clients with complex needs, and the ability to manage relocation logistics.

A NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across Sydney Metro are essential requirements for this role.
