Residential Property Manager Opportunity

Seeking a dedicated and results-driven Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties.

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of residential properties, including coordinating property inspections, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating property inspections, maintaining tenant records, and processing rental payments
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors to ensure prompt and high-quality service
  • Handle the advertising and marketing of vacant properties, including conducting viewings and securing new tenants
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including tenancy agreements, condition reports, and financial records
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing residential property management
  • Build new rental business with prospective landlords

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a residential property management role, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and external service providers
  • Proficient in using property management software and relevant technology
  • Thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements governing residential property management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
