**Role description**

In this key administrative role, you will be the professional point of contact for the residents and families of our Aged Care Centres. The key functions of the position include:

- Responding to enquiries from consumers/public in relation to our residential homes
- Liaise with residents, families and other related stakeholders in relation to financial/statistical information of current or potential clients
- Meeting with potential residents and their families to discuss accommodation / financial information / tours etc
- Ensure all admission and discharge information is maintained
- Management of resident files / records and general reporting requirements
- Support and coordinate the Residential Aged Care Centres Ward Clerks

**About you**
- Prior experience in Residential Aged Care or a related field
- Demondstrated experience in providing high level customer service to internal and external customers
- Strong IT skills and competant using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Demondstrated ability to work within a multidisaplinary team
- Cert IV or higher in Business/Administration (desirable)
