Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate activities and achieve optimal results for customers in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review systems and processes for efficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Update reporting metrics, databases, and other relevant systems.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards, including those set by Mammoet and clients.
  • Manage quotes, invoicing, and other financial tasks efficiently.
  • Provide support and assistance to staff members with their inquiries and weekly timesheets.
  • Assist with mobilisation requirements, procurement, and other operational needs.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in site administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in administrative systems and Microsoft Office suite capabilities, including Excel.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player who can form strong relationships remotely.
  • SAP experience is desirable but not essential.
