About the Role:
- Foster relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service through a portfolio management approach.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client to ensure the firm is well placed for solutions and client service.
- Evaluate opportunities to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
- Maintain compliance with regulations, internal policies, and governance frameworks.
- Lead a high-performing team, guiding and mentoring members through clear guidance and leadership.
- Collaborate closely with an offshore team and manage direct reports in Australia.
- Contribute to business development activities to grow the division and attract new clients.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of various asset types and financial markets.
