Working in Issuer Services could mean anything from assisting shareholders with their portfolios, managing company meetings, enabling access to global markets, or supporting the highest standards of regulatory compliance across the world.

**A role you will love**

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Relationship Management team. Under the guidance and support of experienced Relationship Managers, you will play a key role to assist the management and development of a varied client portfolio, including liaison at C-suite level, managing client satisfaction, and meeting all client SLAs.

Success in the role will be achieved through understanding our approach to service delivery, managing client needs and expectations and meeting client commitments and milestones.

You will possess the ability to quickly build relationships and credibility, and thrive on nurturing your client relationships and delivering a seamless service through strong organisational and administrative skills

A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and strong communicator will be well regarded for this role.

You will possess the ability to quickly learn and take on new processes, thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline driven tasks daily.

**Other key skills required include**:

- A genuine passion for service delivery and customer/stakeholder engagement
- Capable of working in a team and managing multiple tasks and projects and demonstrating full accountability
- Previous experience in account / portfolio management / managerial support / service delivery and/or project management
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- An ability to work to deadlines and flexibility with working hours during peak times
- An ability to quickly to learn new systems and processes
- Adaptability to an ever-changing/fast changing environment
