As a Disability Employment Specialist, you will empower individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to become work-ready and secure sustainable employment. Our team delivers comprehensive Employment Services Programs from over 400 sites nationally, and you will be based at our Melton site.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect job seekers with employment opportunities that match their skills and abilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
- Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
- Create and implement joint employment plans with job seekers to support clear pathways to work
- Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Will to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
