About the Disability Support Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a group residential setting, supporting individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.

Our goal is to empower participants to reach their full potential and become independent.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily living tasks such as personal care and transportation
  • Facilitate community access and participation
  • Encourage and support participants to achieve their goals

Requirements for Success

  • Current Police Check
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • A relevant qualification in Disability or Aged Care or Individual Support (advantageous)
  • Two professional reference checks
  • Victorian Working with Children's Check and NDIS worker screening check
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • NDIS Orientation Module and Infection Control Module
