**Job Title:** Disability Support Worker

Are you passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live the lives they choose? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker.

This rewarding role involves working one-on-one or in groups with adults who require support, implementing personalized plans that address their unique needs and goals. You will work closely with clients to empower them to reach their goals, uphold quality and safeguards, and make a positive difference in their lives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive approach, and initiative. They will be committed to empowering our clients to reach their goals and have experience in supporting clients with mental health, if possible.

**Key Responsibilities:*

**Requirements:*

  • A Certificate IV in Disability or relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive approach

  • Experience in supporting clients with mental health, if possible
