  • Developing capacity to independently travel using public transport
  • Accessing plans and putting them into action

Our approach enhances the well-being and independence of our participants in their communities.

To be effective, you will need to have:

  • NDIS screening
  • Working with Children Check

This is a part-time, casual position that offers opportunities to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
