Empowering People with Disabilities Coordinator

We are seeking a professional to manage and develop individualized support plans in partnership with clients and their families/carers. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals through the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate service delivery across multiple providers
- Develop and implement effective strategies to empower clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providers, and stakeholders
- Assist clients in understanding and navigating the NDIS system
- Tertiary qualification in community services, social work, disability, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in NDIS Support Coordination or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework, guidelines, and best practices
- Flexible work arrangements (full-time, part-time, ABN, or contract)
