Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead our project delivery team in Australia. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing development projects across various sectors, including commercial, retail, residential, industrial, and logistics.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the development team in conceptualizing development design requirements and formulating design briefs aligned with our company's strategy.
  • Manage the development process from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed within budget, schedule, and expected quality.
  • Administer agreements with design consultants and contractors, including procurement and invoice processing.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in development or project management, preferably in Commercial, Retail, Residential, Industrial, or Logistics projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive projects and teams forward.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software, with experience in SAP, Ariba, and Aconex an added advantage.

The estimated salary for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
