The role involves working with Traffic's integrated departments – Traffic Brand, Social Media, Digital, Search, Performance Marketing, and Media Buying teams. As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Experience in a similar role within a reputable agency
  • Government campaign experience would be beneficial
  • Passion for brilliance and desire to deliver the unexpected
  • Flawless attention to detail and the ability to follow and drive the Traffic process
  • Differentiating client experiences through integrated campaigns nationally
  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss their needs
  • Being a key point of contact for your clients
  • Assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies and collaborating with agency teams
  • Managing budgets, campaign calendars, and media schedules
  • Presenting campaign ideas to clients and activating them

Requirements include:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced integrated agency
  • Past experience in retirement lifestyle aged care/retirement communities would be an advantage
  • Implementing integrated campaigns nationally
  • Skilfully managing clients and their expectations
  • Estimating projects and collaborating with creative teams
  • A can-do attitude and team orientation
