Exciting Opportunity: Strategic Capability Development Lead
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Culture & Capability team as a Strategic Capability Development Lead. This role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategic workforce planning initiatives, leveraging our REA Enterprise Framework to create engaging and innovative career and development opportunities for our people.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leadership development and coaching, with a proven track record of designing and delivering dynamic, engaging, and impactful capability development sessions that drive business outcomes. They will be an experienced critical thinker with the ability to deliver integrated solutions for the enterprise, able to build and facilitate relationships across different stakeholder groups to build trust, foster collaboration, and influence outcomes.
This is a key role within our People & Culture Group, working closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver capability interventions reflective of business needs and external market trends. As a Strategic Capability Development Lead, you will be responsible for measuring impact and effectiveness of capability offerings, iterating for continuous improvement, and optimizing user experiences within our Learning Management System (LMS).
In this role, you will also contribute to the design, development, and facilitation of Leadership Development experiences across REA, including formal programs, short sessions, and other innovative learning interventions as required. You will work collaboratively with the Culture & Capability Coordinator to leverage technology advancements to augment our learning experiences for our leaders and people.
